Ryan spent over 20 years in retail and commercial wireless sales before stepping into the automotive world. He worked as a sales consultant, sales manager, and commercial account executive, building a strong foundation in customer service and communication.

Instead of coming up through the traditional car business, Ryan takes a different approach that keeps things straightforward, transparent, and easy for customers.

A Colorado native, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their Scottish Terriers.

Richard Ric Milgrim has been in the automotive business for over 25 years and a Colorado transplant for nearly 20 of them. Originally from Illinois, he has dreamed of working for himself and having a dealership to call his own. Starting as a sales consultant, he has held nearly every sales position in a dealership including: floor manager, sales manager, finance manager, general sales manager, general manager and now partner for 5280 Motor Company.
